Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item, or your return is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

If you are eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, sealed, and unused.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@noodwellness.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order carefully upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
