Shipping Policy

We strive to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak periods or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19-related issues, there may be potential delays due to high order volumes or courier service disruptions that are beyond our control.

Address Changes​

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Nood Wellness is not responsible for address errors. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes if notified promptly, but we cannot guarantee that we will receive your request before your order has shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, you may be able to update your delivery details directly with the courier.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)​

  • Free Express Delivery: We offer free express shipping across New Zealand for orders over $100.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

Our express shipping service typically delivers overnight to standard urban addresses and within 2-3 business days for rural locations. However, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery windows.

Pick-Ups​

Please note that we are an online store only and do not offer a pick-up service.

International Shipping​

We offer the following international shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: For all orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, but delays may occur that are outside of our control.

  • Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Again, delays may occur beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee these times.​​
